We offer free community-based groups that provide connection, education, and professional support. These groups are not therapy services and are hosted in collaboration with OCD-NH as part of our commitment to increasing access to evidence-based care and support.

Parents of Anxious Kids Support Group
​​
A supportive space for parents navigating anxiety and OCD
Parenting a child with anxiety or OCD can feel overwhelming, isolating, and exhausting. This monthly support group offers parents, a place to connect with others who truly understand, ask questions, and feel less alone.
This group focuses on:

Emotional support and validation

Psychoeducation about anxiety and OCD

Sharing experiences and strategies

Reducing isolation and parental burnout
Who: Parents and caregivers of school-aged children with anxiety disorders, OCD, and related conditions
When: Second Tuesday of each month from 8:00-9:00 PM EST
Format: Virtual (Zoom)
Cost: Free

This is a support and education group, not a therapy group. It does not replace individual or family therapy and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. Participation does not establish a therapeutic relationship.
This group is offered in collaboration with OCD-NH, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by OCD. Registration and group details are managed through OCD-NH.
OCD ERP/ACT Peer Consultation Group

A collaborative space for clinicians practicing ERP and ACT
This monthly peer consultation group is designed for clinicians who work with OCD and anxiety and are seeking a supportive, collaborative environment to deepen their clinical thinking and skills.

The group provides space to:

Discuss cases through an ERP and ACT lens

Share clinical challenges and successes

Strengthen evidence-based practice

Connect with other clinicians in the OCD community
Who: Mental health professionals treating OCD and anxiety
Focus: ERP- and ACT-informed case discussion
When: Second Tuesday of each month from 12:00-1:00 PM EST
Format: Virtual (Zoom)
Cost: Free
This is a peer consultation group and does not constitute clinical supervision. Participation does not fulfill supervision requirements for licensure, and no supervisory relationship is established.
This group is hosted through OCD-NH as part of ongoing efforts to support clinicians providing evidence-based OCD treatment.
