The OCD and Anxiety Center for Change is a virtual specialty practice supporting adolescents, teens, adults, and families navigating OCD, anxiety, and related challenges. Depending on location and need, in-person or home-based sessions may also be available.
Working together begins with conversation, curiosity, and collaboration. You don’t need to have the “right” words or a clear diagnosis to reach out. Many people come in feeling unsure—knowing something isn’t working, but not exactly how to describe it. That’s okay.
Our work focuses on helping you move toward the life you want to live, even when anxiety, fear, or uncertainty show up along the way.

This list is not exhaustive, and you don’t need to see yourself perfectly reflected here to reach out.
Taking the First Step
If you’re considering therapy for yourself or your child, reaching out can feel like a big step. You don’t need to be certain, ready, or confident—just curious enough to start a conversation.
Use the form below to share a little about what’s bringing you here. I’ll review your message and follow up with next steps or options for connecting.
